Exchange Policy
At Sheshops, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchange Request Timeframe: All exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests received after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- How to Request an Exchange: You can request an exchange by contacting us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM within the 24-hour window.
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same item. If the size or color you need is sold out, you may select another item of equal value.
- Sold Out Items: Items that are sold out are not eligible for exchange.

Condition of Item: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unworn
- With all original labels and tags attached
- Hygiene Notice: For hygiene reasons, certain items — especially basics such as bodysuits and tops — are not eligible for exchange. These will be indicated on the product page.
- Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for any delivery/shipping fees associated with the exchange.
- Sale Items: During sales or special offers, items CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

Local Shipping: We provide delivery services throughout Lebanon, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 8 days, depending on your location.
